Pro Accounting & Bookkeeping Includes all basic services plus:
- Independent contractor financial management (collect identification, manage W9 forms, prepare and send 1099 forms)
- Process independent contractor payments (this requires access to company bank accounts or corporate checks, computer checks preferred)
- AR/AP Management (does not include collections or vendor contract re-negotiating)
- Accountable plan set up and management*
- Monthly financial review meeting
- Tax Planning
All documents and receipts are uploaded or picked up by courier (courier fee extra $25 per month). Additional account reconciliations $75 per statement.
*Payroll processing fees not included.
