Our Basic Bookkeeping ensures that business owners are systematically tracking their spending so that they can make informed business decisions and reduce the risk of mismanaging their finances.

Basic Bookkeeping Services Include:

  • Initial Books set-up or audit (one-time fee $250)
  • Monthly bank and credit card reconciliation 
  • Monthly financial report delivery (profit & loss and vendor report)
  • Quarterly balance sheet
  • 30-minute monthly financial review meeting

 All documents and receipts are uploaded or picked up by courier (courier fee extra $25 per month). Additional account reconciliations $25 per statement.
